Cancellations

Orders may only be cancelled up until shipment. We cannot cancel orders once they are in possession of the delivery fulfillment service (USPS, FedEx, UPs etc).

Returns & Exchanges

Because we are a very small business, we do not accept returns unless the item is defective or damaged. Please review item descriptions or sizing charts carefully before ordering.

 Exchanges may be made on a case to case basis dependent on circumstances, however the cost of return shipping for the original item will need to be paid by the customer. To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. Once the item has been received, inspected and approved, refunds will only be offered as store credit. 

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Final sale items

Certain types of items cannot be exchanged like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), or discounted imperfect items from the Misfits Rack.
